Dr. McAndrew truly went above and beyond for my boy, Nash. He took the time to talk through possibilities, answer my questions, and make sure I felt supported and informed. The vet techs and receptionists were also truly amazing and so compassionate during such a dark time. Although this isn’t the outcome I wanted, and I miss my beautiful boy more than words can say — Belpar truly did everything they could and I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness and support.

This place is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door until you are back in your car, everyone is helpful, respectful, kind, and will answer any and all questions you have. My boy, Spencer, likes the treats left behind from neighborhood visitors if you get what I mean. However, it leaves us sleepless with constant trips outside. I’m used to this but this time it was different. They got us right in and took excellent care of him, giving him everything he needed to feel better. We are now on the upswing and this mama and pup will be getting some much needed rest. I just found my new vet much closer to home.

They are compassionate and just genuine pet people. My GSD developed diabetes and they were wonderful teaching us to give insulin shots and caring for her with special food and a new routine. Anytime we had questions or concerns they were available and the Diabetes specialist on staff was so wonderful. We lost Haley the day after Christmas 2024 due to DKA and they were so good with us when we had to put her down as the condition was too far gone to treat. Haley was a skittish shepherd all her life and they did everything to make her comfortable and less anxious at every visit…even waiting for our son to arrive from Akron since he had to leave work. They let us spend all the time with her before and after she passed and arranged for her cremation and the beautiful ornate wooden box urn she came home in, which included paw prints they took and a paw print Christmas ornament with her name on it. They gave us clippers to save some of her fur. They also sent us a beautiful sympathy card signed by the entire staff. She was such an important part of our lives and Belpar was so wonderful with her and our family. I can’t thank them enough.

Hanah the blonde is the best at making sure my little guy gets the five star mani pedi’s that he deserves without any fuss! He always was afraid of going to the vet until meeting Hannah and Dr. Simons now he thinks it’s actually just the cheese factory that gives him free samples!

The loyalty and consistency of the previous owners earned our trust, and that same consistency has kept our continued support today. Always kind, always consistent, and always genuinely caring. Everyone there treats pets like family, and my family has always felt welcomed.
